about

Greendale is a beautiful rural property located on the outskirts of the Hunter Valleys' historic Clarence Town.

Set amongst a remnant Ironbark Forest, Greendale is abundant with birdlife - yellow tail black cockatoos, king parrots and rosellas to name a few, with eastern grey kangaroos regularly travelling through the adjoining cattle farm.

Hello, I'm Fiona, a creator of homemade jam, soap and more. Using Country Women's Association tried and true recipes, plus some I've created myself; I love a day in the kitchen making beautiful, natural products that are simple and effective. I'm also a third-generation Australian wildflower grower - a qualified floriculturist and qualified florist with over 25 years' experience in the floral industry. I grow a variety of Australian paper daisies, billy buttons, rottnest island daisy and flannel flower - and with newly established wildflower gardens of banksia, tea tree, flowering eucalyptus and more, I will have many varieties of cut flowers in years to come - when available, flowers will be sold at the monthly Clarence Town markets.

From 2023-2025 I had a beautiful roadside stall in Clarence Town, loved by locals and visitors alike, selling the products now available under my Greendale label. In a world of mass production, simple ingredients and things made by hand were embraced by the Clarence Town community and beyond, which was just so lovely. I'm thrilled to now offer my product range online, as well as being part of the Clarence Town monthly markets.
