Shipping policy

packing & shipping

Flat rate shipping is $15 for orders delivered anywhere throughout NSW, Victoria, Queensland and A.C.T. At this time, shipping is not available to W.A, S.A, Tas or the N.T, or outside of Australia.

I personally pack your order, with the utmost of care and detail, so it arrives to you, or your gift recipient, looking its best. Generally, orders are packed daily (Mon - Fri) and shipped within 24-48 hours. You will receive a notification when your order is on its way with Australia Post tracking.

Your order may take 3-6+ days to get to you as Clarence Town is a rural area.

Mostly, I deliver late afternoons but please get in touch if this doesn't suit you. You don't need to be home but please let me know anything and everything I need to know to deliver to you - especially if you are on acreage - gates, dogs, cattle etc. If I have any issues gaining access, I will contact you & if I can't leave your order safely, I will let you know and organise a time for you to collect from me.

small batch production

I make small batches of products at a time to keep freshness, consistency and quality high. Accordingly, there may be times when I sell out of items and need to make fresh batches. If you have purchased a product that I have just sold out of, I will be straight in touch with an ETA, or I will offer you a refund - I will also post on Instagram and Facebook if a product release is delayed.

large quantity orders

For large quantity orders, of 5-10+ of individual products, I do prefer a special order to be placed, with 1-2 weeks’ notice. Special orders require a deposit and may incur additional shipping costs based on weight. Please contact me to discuss what you’re after. Please note at this time I do not offer changes to sizes, ingredients or packaging.

If you have ordered large quantities online, of 5-10+ of an item, I will contact you with an ETA for your order to be fulfilled and notify you if additional shipping costs. Alternatively, you can collect your order once it’s ready.

delivery issues

In the unlikely event if your order arrives damaged, please send me a photo straight away. To support our town's post office, I ship with Australia Post and ensure all items are protected and secure, but things can happen. I'm happy to resend products or refund you, but I will need proof of damage within 24 hours of you receiving your order.

change of mind / refunds

Under Australian Consumer Law, I don't offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind once you receive your order, or once your order is shipped. All products have size, weight, ingredients and best before dates listed - please get in touch anytime if you have any questions before you place an order.
